Take some time to research the best brands in running shoes. Then make sure you try them on and walk around in them. You want them to feel comfortable and not too tight, but you also don’t want your feet to be sliding around in them either (try them on with the type of socks you intend to wear when you run).
Wicking Shirts And Shorts
If you want to stay cooler and dryer when you’re running it pays to buy some running clothes that are made from a wicking material. This is a material that absorbs your sweat without making you look all wet. Bamboo is one of these types of materials, but there are others, mostly natural fibers.
Natural fibers are great for sportswear and running gear. This type of material has less of a chance of causing rashes and other skin issues. They even have sports bras that are made to be cooling, so women runners can run more comfortably as well.
